My blog name, "Once More With Feeling" is from the title of an episode from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It is my favorite show. The episode is actually a musical because a demon is summoned that makes everyone dance until they burst into flames. In it, everything is revealed about the characters, because they cannot filter what they are forced to sing. "I touch the fire and it freezes me, I look into it and it's black, Why can't I feel?, My skin should crack and peel, I want the fire back..."-Buffy "Life's not a song, Life isn't bliss, Life is just this, It's living..."-Spike "The hardest thing in this world is to live in it."-Dawn
Pet peves include: People who let a door slam in your face rather than holding it open. I have stood for 10 minutes at a public enterance just because I didn't want to shut the door on someone. People who are prejudice (whether it's racist, sexist, whateverist.... no.) ANYONE who hurts animals or children. They deserve a slow and painful death. Oh, and clowns... I mean wtf!
I've walked into sliding glass doors, chairs, walls, tables, and people. I've apologized to them all.
I'm the type of person who, if you fall, will ask worriedly if you're ok. Then when you say yes I'll laugh my butt off.
I don't fit in to a catagory. I fit into many catagories, like nerd, dork, emo, hippy and "that shy girl"... I've also been called many negative things, some were true enough, others were laughable.
I have rescued many different bugs from butterflies and lady bugs to wasps and spiders. I have also killed some of the latter, but I prefer not to.
I believe in: God and the Devil, Faeries, Ghosts, Demons and Angels, the Loch Ness Monster, Big Foot, Aliens, Poltergeists, Dragons, Unicorns, Griffons, Gargoyles, Monsters, Vampires (not sparkly ones), the Boogeyman, Time Warps... and pretty much anything else you can think of. Almost anything is possible.
I FINALLY have great friends. They're family. You can't have them, they're mine. Without them I would not be here today. They have made me laugh when I was about to cry and my shoulder when I needed to.
I have the greatest little sister on the planet... even though she smells funny sometimes and has peed on me twice. =)
